Leaving this year Jeff and I wondered if Farm, Peace and Love would be as magical the 2nd time around. We worried that maybe 15 days would be too long…….

Well 15 days was too SHORT!!! It was even more magical the 2nd time around! Everything was just the way we remembered it! From the fresh fruit every morning, to Paola’s amazing cooking! We arrived to fresh pasta drying, for our evening meal!!!! WOW! The snorkeling was simply amazing, Jeff got his fill of fishing once more! Caught plenty ! The horseback ridding was so much fun once again! Thinking about all of it brings a tear to my eye! Once again wonderful memories were made! We miss Paola, Bing, Capo, Aaron, and Little Gayle! Cannot wait to see you all again next year!

“Hallelujah to the King of Kings” Bings famous words! They make me smile everytime!

See you soon! xox

We traveled from the mountains pacific west coast of Canada to visit this wonderful Island. Our hosts at Peace Farm Love have made a lovely quiet relaxing paradise. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed a wonderful stay with Paola and Bing. Hope to return again. Much love and blessings to you.

Diana Conway & Kirk Ross · 8 February 2016

We absolutely loved every single minute at Farm, Peace, & Lovc. Our girls (ages 7 and 9) loved Poala and Bing and to this day sing “Halleluah to the King of Kings” in memory of time with Bing. The casita, fresh Pipas and other fruits, coconut bread, and coffee were all perfect. Poala’s cooking was the best we had on our entire vacation in Nicaragua. The vibes at Farm Peace & Love are great from the minute you are picked up at the dock in their boat, through the sadness in your heart when you leave, and smile on your face when you remember your visit. WE LOVE Little Corn Island and POALA AND BING!!!!

— The Gray Family · 29 November 2010

I often think about our stay in Little Corn at Farm Peace Love and can feel myself relax just from the thought. Thinking of the empty beaches, our walks to the tidal pool to see octopus, crab, fish, and many other creatures swimming among the rocks… the giant conch shell i carried home in my backpack is just another reminder of our little paradise… Bing singing and bringing coco bread, fruit, avocado, fresh eggs, mangoes, pineapples, coconuts and baby coconut waters… picking the most amazing basil, jungle basil, that you could smell from across the yard… the perfectly warm water… the windmill that collected our power on the sustainable farm… the horses, the dogs, chickens, iguanas, giant crabs… the trecks through the jungle while singing… Paola’s home cooking and the spinach flan… Flor de Cana… the hammocks… the peace and quiet and the memorable vacation make me relax to just think of the perfectly taken care of feeling. Hallelujah to the King of Kings… say it and relax.

Paola,
we just wanted to thank you again for such a wonderful week at your home. We really love what you and Bing are doing here. The animals have been a delight to have around and the food and the wine was divine! When we come back to this beautiful island we’ ll be sure to stay with you again. All our best,
Erika, Erissa & Amy

Farm Love And Peace is a wonderful – and safe – place. Paola and Mr. Bing are very nice people, and the porch in front of the little house is made of the substance dreams are made of.
There is good snorkeling on your doorstep. Just 100 meters from the beach we saw a manta ray, three large sunfish and a sea turtle.
If you like fly fishing, bonefish can be caught on the beach 300-400 meters from Casa Iguiana – in front of the small bamboo hut on the beach.
Little Corn Island is a beautiful island, and the Farm Love And Peace is probably the best place to stay.

Hola Paola!

— Kari y Enrique · 27 November 2009

I feel so fortunate to have found Farm Peace & Love! Nowhere else on the islands can you find such welcoming hosts, good vibes, great dinner conversation and fresh, organic food. I loved being the only guest the few days while I was there and still dream of swimming and trekking the deserted beach on that side of the island… and those homemade coconut plantains… Thanks so much and I hope to see you again soon!

— Kristin Wilson · 7 April 2009

Thank you, thank you for a wonderful, relaxing vacation at your farm. The fresh limes and eggs were the best! If you want a place to rest your mind and body..this is it!! You’ve got to love the wind mill Bing created for electricity. Paola and Bing have to be the luckiest and happiest people in the world.

— Bobby and Julie · 2 March 2009

Peace Farm & Love is hands down, the best place to stay on the island, particularly if you’re looking for the perfect place to relax, swing on a hammock, and get away from it all. Paola’s dinners are a real treat, definitely the best on the island!
Enjoy fresh fruit from the trees, coconuts and plantains are plentiful, and fresh bright yellow eggs from the chickens. Bing will take you on a fantastic horseback ride through the woods and along the beach which is not to be missed.

— Jeffrey and Colombe, New York · 11 January 2009

We had not taken a legitimate vacation in 5 years and we were looking for a place where we could truly relax. Farm Peace & Love was everything that we needed: a quiet place to read, a wonderful location to snorkel and explore a tropical island and delicious home cooked meals. we are already planning our next trip! Thank you Paola and Bing for the wonderful stay!

—Nicki Violetti and Robb Wolf, CA –USA · 10 January 2009

What can we say? Thank you for the warm welcoming, for the nice time we had in the cottage, for the “private beach,” for the fruits and the really good dinners. We spent 5 really nice days on the island and especially on your farm, thanks a lot.

— Dominik, Marietta and Florian, Switzerland · 21 August 2008

Thanks for such a great relaxing vacation on your great property there on Little Corn Island.

It was nice being in such a remote area, snorkeling, reading, listening to music and then coming back to have a great meal that Paola created. It was also nice meeting your animal ‘family’ with Aaron and Gail. They are terrific.

I recommend your property to anyone that wants a great remote vacation with great food and snorkeling, along with a great cottage.

Thanks so much for a terrific time and it is so hard to come back to civilization!

Peace always!

— Sam and Cheryl Trueblood · 9 July 2008,

Daniela and I enjoyed our recent stay at your property Farm Peace and Love.
It is certainly one of the most peaceful and relaxing natural settings we have experienced, a good place to unwind and have a pressure free vacation. Paola and Bing as hosts are always available and going out with Bing to the offshore reef in his boat for snorkelling was special and of equal importance, Paola’s dinners were prepared with true Italian flair and attention.

When you consider the setting, the beach/fauna, the sea,and the context of Little Corn Ni., combined with the personalized attention of Paola and Bing, the result for the traveler is a most unique and vacation experience.

— Gordon and Daniela, Canada · 13 May 2008

We have just returned from Farm Peace and Love after being there for six weeks and our second year there. We enjoyed our stay again and feel fortunate to have discovered this real
treasure.

The garden is just getting more beautiful every year and neat to have the rosters, chickens and for sure the dogs. Its nice to just swim our and snorkele to a neat reef and Garry can fly fish from the beach for Bone Fish and meet such neat tourists passing by on this beautiful beach.

You can drink the most delicious water right from the tap and admire Bings genius inventions, he can fix anything and Paola good Italian cooking in the restorant. Our dream is to return next year.

— Christian Camerlyack, France · 31 January 2008

— Laurent Sillano · 31 January 2008

We had a fantastic stay. Many different folks in our group raging from children to parents and everything in between, and everyone found what they wanted. Thanks for the feeling of home – away from home. You are wonderfull people and you’ll see us again in the future, till next time,

— Reuvin and family, C.A. · 24 January 2008

Little Corn Island is an unspoiled paradise and Farm Peace and Love is its very essence. Paola and Bing have created the perfect tropical escape, blending natural beauty with modern comfort. The kitchenette of the suite is well-equipped and very convenient, allowing you to make your own meals, coffee, etc. at any time (with a maid to help keep it clean!). Above all, Paola and Bing are fantastic people and gracious hosts. We will certainly return!

— Tim and Tammy Wenzel, Michigan,USA · 20 January 2008

Remote and peaceful. Incredible snorkeling. Friendly people live on this island, very safe. We love that there´s no motorized transportation. The path through the jungle is how you walk to the village.

— Morrison Family · 20 March 2007

Paola, thank you for a wonderful time at Farm Peace & Love. We enjoyed the privacy of the cottage, the clean beach, snorkeling and fishing with Bing, horse-back riding and, of course, your delicious meals.
We throughly enjoyed our time on Little Corn.

— Daniel & Carrie · 18 March 2007

We would like to thank you very much for the beautifull 14 days we spent in your cottage. You made that we felt like home, in a safe surroundings.
The cottage was very nice and clean. It has a kitchen and a great porch with hamacas in it. We spent there a lot of very relaxing hours, just a few steps from the beach with blue water and white sand.
In the evenings, Paola cooked real exellent dinners “ Italian Style “ and she had a good selection of italian wines.
With Paola´s horses, we enjoyed our rides throughout the whole island. We had a lot of fun with her two dogs.
Thanks for all.

— Andrea and Robert Buliku, Germany · 21 December 2006

Farm Peace & Love made our stay in Little Corn Island carefree and comfortable.
Paola picked us up from the water taxi and whisked us to the lovely accommodations with a wonderful open – air dining area where you can hear the waves crash as you dine on her Italian food. The islanders are friendly and the island itself is beautiful and rustic.
Esteban, at the Padi Dive Shop, is one of the best dive masters anywhere.
Bring your sense of adventure and you will have a great time.

— Cheryl Rodman and Elizabeth Asher · 20 November 2006

I had a really wonderful time staying here. The beach is very beautiful and relaxing and we had a lot of fun riding horses and snorkeling (tons of fish). The food was awesome. The only suggestion I have is to put a small electric fun in the bedroom, because that room got a little bit stuffy.

— Julie Shortridge · 25 June 2006

Away from the heat and humidity of the main land, this idyllic beach and quaint farmhouse are the perfect place to take some sun and enjoy some great Italian food.

Is it possible to find paradise in paradise ? Farm Peace & Love is your own private home in Paradise!

Dear Paola & Bing, We want to thank you for the wonderful time we had with you in December. Paola you spoiled us for 7 nites with your with great Italian Dinners. Bing surprised us every morning with fresh farm eggs & coconut bread. Our 5AM wake up call by the Rooster was a vacation special. We enjoyed Bing’s fishing trip allowing Maria to catch a big Barracuda. Everyday was unique, but included a peaceful private place to rest our minds. We plan to return. Hi Paola and Bing:
I would like to thank you for the nice hospitality you gave during our stay.
We enjoyed every moment. Your food was excellent. Starting with Bing’s beatiful cocconat bread and finishing with you delicious Italian super.
I would also to thank Bing for helpiing us to catch the boat.
It was nice being your guest. We are looking forward to see you soon again.
Best regards to you.

Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts! We had such a wonderful time. I should say it was horrible just to keep others away..but that would be very selfish of me not to share such a special place in this chaos we call life!! We look forward to seeing you again hopefully sooner rather than later. In the meantime we will treasure our memories and photographs. God bless you both and the land you hold dear.

Thank you Paola and Bing for a lovely week at your farm. It was all that we thought it might be and we found the island a true oasis in today’s turbulent world.
From the well organized directions, booking help and “transit help”, it all was flawless executed and more than we expected.

We found it very hard to leave again, and I can unequivocally state that the subsequent four days on Corn Island, while very interesting and also not to be missed, paled in comparison to Peace & Love. It was a little like “back to the city” after the tranquility on Little Corn.

— Heidi and Endrick · 1 March 2009

We want to thank ya’ll for having us as your guest on your beautiful farm. Your daily fruit, juices, and most importantly smiles made the stay special. We would recommend anyone who intends on staying on the Island to book their travels at Farm, Peace, and Love.

May you both be blessed with love and peace!

— Aaron and Sonia · 21 July 2008

Our family had a beautiful time on Little Corn Island. The people of the islita were friendly and gracious. The shop owners were helpful and fair. But the highlight was our time at the “Farm Peace & Love.” Our casita was perfect and the beach was spectacular. We felt “castaway” until dinner time. We always looked forward to the end of the day to see what Paola had created.

Thank you for a great relaxing vacation.

— Kevin & Fabienne Dickinson · 27 June 2008

Our baby Gwen (1 y.o.) was so happy to be able to see the chickens & hear the cows & touch the horses & play with the dogs & pet the cat.
Paola is a true gourmet chef who made every meal perfectly delish. mmm.. Spinach Flan!
We still talk about our trip to the reef w/ Capt. Bing Crosby: he has great knowledge of the ocean flora.
“May the LORD watch between thee & me while we are apart.”
A wonderful time was had by all!

This was our honeymoon and how dreamy it was! Morning swim or snorkel, followed by lazy in hammock on the veranda of our very own creole home. Afternoons spent fishing with Bing, snorkelling with eagle rays or picking up shells for necklace on the beach are stuff of holiday fantasies we have not imagine. This heaven was very special and hope we´ll be back when baby Georgie is born.

— Abi and Ed, London – England · 1 April 2008

Our expectations were far exceeded by the reality of Farm Peace & Love. A charming slice of island living with delicious italian cuisine. Sun and palms over the head and sand and sea at your feet. Glorious solitude!

— Jonathan Lewis and Betsy Armour, Rhode Island – USA · 6 March 2008

I am always looking for out of the way peaceful vacation spots and have found the perfect spot here at Farm Peace and Love. My brother and I stayed in the cottage for a week and were delighted to have fresh organic eggs, bananas, papaya, coconut, breadfruit, limes, starfruit (to name a few!) freshly picked and left under the hammock on the deck for our breakfast.
They also made coconut bread and starfruit jelly. It was safe, quiet (no roads, no motorized vehicles), beautiful weather, interesting people, fabulous lobster dinners in town, snorkeling, horseback riding… Bing and Paola were friendly and helpful. I loved having them show me around the farm and explain about the various fruits and vegetables they raise. If you are looking for peace and quiet, and a nightlife consisting of watching the stars and listening to the lapping of the ocean waves, this is a perfect vacation.

— H. Vale · 24 February 2008

I have been travelling to many places in this world, but Little Corn Island and especially Paola’s Farm Peace & Love is one of the loveliest place I have discovered. People who are seeking quiet, authenticity, tropical feelings, here they are in the right surrounding. It’s just a paradise. And when you get up in the morning and find on the table on your veranda eggs, bananas or other tropical fruits it’s just again the feeling as if you had arrived in paradise. Paola and Bing are spoiling you right away.

— Stephanie y Monica, Lone Beach, CA · 11 September 2007

Farm Love and Peace is “definitely” what it says it is. We are 66 years old and have just come from spending two months there. It is the most relaxing holiday we have had, from having breakfast on our patio with beautiful surroundings and then a few steps to the most beautiful! beach, going past flowering trees and through the palm trees.
The beach was so private and now and again some people would stroll past and always nice to talk to them.
Garry could fly fish everyday day all along the beach ,and with a bit of a swim I could snorkel around some coral and lots of different fish to see. There was a trail going from the cabin to town that we loved and always had fun in town with the friendly Island people and then we were always happy to return to “Peace Love and farm.”
We had all the privacy we wanted but they were still there if we needed something and every thing was so clean.
The Restaurant had the best food and always neat to see what would be on the menu and we always enjoyed it.
Thanks Paola and Bing for the best holiday ever and the neat surprises of bananas and such that you would leave on the porch for us ,Bing, we hope to return.

— Garry and Shirley Wray · 14 March 2007

Dear friends-Paola and Bing.
Thank you kindly for your wonderful hospitality. You really have created a very special place here in Farm Peace & Love. Casita Tranquilla, the cottage, has been just that – tranquilla. It has been the perfect place for us to end our 2 months of travel. The days here seem to just slide one into the next, creating a peaceful, easy rhythm, day breaks, cock’s crowing to greet the day, sun climb in the sky and shine on trees and sea, cool breeze marks the air and so begins another day. Breakfast on the porch offers great bird watching-wish I knew the names of all these colorful feathered friends, and afternoon and evenings offers shade from the heat and sky blanketed with stars. Ah, and the moon, so shine so bright and wake you while you sleep. Sweet dreams and sweet aromas wafting in the air. And then, of course, there is the sea, the blue, green, warm wonderful healing waters of Mar Caribe. Certainly the most beautiful beach on the island is right out your front door. How lucky you are, if you believe in luck. Actually, blessed is more like it. Again, thank you for sharing your little piece of Paradise with us. Paola, thank you for your patient with me, during our correspondence. And thank you Bing for all the goodies, fruit, coco root and bread-fruit, you brought us. But mostly I just want to thank you for being who you are kind, generous, bright and welcoming. It’s been a pleasure meeting you both.

Blessings and peace,

— Kendra Scarlettz · 10 August 2006

Farm Peace & Love offers an incredible beauty and serenity that can be found no where else on the island. Its private beach and clear blu waters, give you your own hidden paradise. You will also find some of the island best food with a touch of italian love.

— Holly Triska · 30 March 2006

We have been to Paola’s for lunch and dinner a few times and Paola managed to surprise us with something new and better each time. One of my favourites is her panna cotta (an Italian style flan) and pecan pie but her chocolate mousse is something you just don’t want to miss.
